The Client Manager is responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with clients and partners, responding to their needs and request, to ensure ongoing business success. The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of clients. This includes identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing clients, as well as proactively seeking out and developing relationships with potential clients. He/She will work closely with other members of the Business Development team, as well as with internal stakeholders such as program directors, faculty, marketing teams, and other key units within the organization.
The Client Manager must be able to identify and understand the needs and challenges of clients and be able to effectively communicate and sell the value of the Esade's products and services. By generating new business and maximizing revenue from existing clients, the Client Manager will play a critical role in achieving the unit's economic objectives and budget targets
Your Main Responsibilities
- Executing on existing strategies to maintain and grow client relationships and engagement.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and work to expand business maximizing revenue from existing clients, playing a critical role in achieving the unit's economic objectives and budget targets.
- identify and understand the needs and challenges of clients and be able to effectively communicate and sell the value of the Esade's products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships through regular communication, meetings, and account management activities with a larger portfolio of clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that all inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with program directors and faculty to develop customized learning solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Prepare added value proposals for clients that effectively communicate the benefits of the executive education business school's offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and strategies that support the acquisition and retention of clients.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the executive education business school's offerings, as well as the competitive landscape.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports to the Director of Business Development on key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with other key units within the organization, including the Program Management, Learning Design, and Delivery teams, to ensure seamless delivery of learning solutions to clients.
- Apply a strategic and transversal mindset to the role, ensuring that all client engagements align with the overall goals of the unit.
- Demonstrate a strong orientation towards client satisfaction and success, ensuring that client needs are met and always exceeded.
- Adapt to changing client needs and market conditions, continually refining strategies and approaches to client management and business development.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, balancing client needs with business objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with the role, including scheduling meetings, maintaining client files, and preparing reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other internal units, with the goal of driving referrals and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with BD managers to stay abreast of industry trends, provide feedback and program evaluation, incorporate research findings to improve the learning solutions offered to clients.

Formación Académica: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Conocimientos técnicos: Proficiency Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM tools
Idiomas: English (high level of English (negotiation)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Ability to think strategically and apply a transversal mindset to the role.
- Strong orientation towards client satisfaction and success.
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility in response to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with client.
- Experiencia previa en el puesto de trabajo:
- At least 5 years of experience in client management or business development, preferably within the executive education or corporate learning space Technology/services/consulting/advertising
