Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating, building, and strengthening relationships with Key Accounts (companies looking for top talent) and have a primary focus on creating and increasing employment opportunities for permanent positions and internships nationally and internationally. 
• In charge of creating and implementing an overall corporate outreach and sales plan and set and deliver objectives and outcomes. 
• It will be the responsibility of the post holder advising and training students in the Financial Services sector.
• It will be the responsibility of the post holder to maintain existing and develop new relationships with companies who have already or have potential for hiring MBA, CEMS, MSc and BBA students into internship and/ or full-time jobs, in the Financial Services Sector.
• Facilitating connections between employers and candidates by posting job and internships opportunities, collecting CV’s, scheduling interviews and attending and hosting recruiting and networking activities on campus. 
• Sectorial advising and Mock interviews for students interested in Financial Services to develop and support their job search strategies and actively monitoring students’ progress to contribute to the overall placement success of Esade graduates.
• Deliver specific training for students interested in Financial Services and/or coordinate some of these training courses with external providers.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population of high-achieving international students.
• Team working mindset and behaviors that support other ESADE department, students, faculty, programme managers, recruiters and alumni
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience of working in an environment of continuous improvement, learning from and acting on feedback.
• Energetic, flexible, self-motivated and with strong relationship management skills.
• Be comfortable working in ambiguous environment and able to adapt to ad-hoc requests.

Requirements for the position:

• Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in international sales and knowledge of career services within the university or business school will be beneficial. Experience in Financial Services will be a plus.
• Languages: Spanish and English fluent written and spoken. Other European languages are advantageous, ideally German.
• Availability for occasional international business trips.
