Main responsibilities:

PACS (Psychological and Counseling Service) is a transversal service for Esade students, dedicated to promoting student well-being, with promotion, prevention and intervention strategies in psychological, physical and social health.

The mission of the role will be the execution of the transversal strategy of prevention, promotion, and intervention in mental health, with the objective of promoting the well-being of students, therefore impacting on a better academic performance and life-satisfaction.

• Carry out individual counseling sessions with students, as well as follow up on cases.
• Prepare and carry out curricular accommodation processes.
• Coordinate and work together with other areas of Esade to promote transversal projects, within the prevention, promotion and action plan in mental health.
• Design and deliver training related to the area's work scope and in line with the mental health prevention, promotion and action plan.
• Advice and support to the program area and teachers in the field of mental health.
• Ensure compliance with the country's policies and regulations regarding confidentiality and data protection, coordinate the necessary actions that guarantee it together with the legal and labor areas, experts in this matter, who guarantee our alignment and compliance with the different regulations, country.
• Commitment and responsibility regarding ESADE’s Information Privacy and Security.

Requirements for the position:

• Academic Background: Degree in Psychology and Máster en Psicología General Sanitaria.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience: Minimum 2 years in psychologist roles. Experience in academic services will be a plus.
• IT Skills: Used to working in Microsoft-based environments.
