Main responsibilities:
Our Program Managers perform a wide range of duties, including the following:
Ensure that program activities operate within ESADE’s policies, regulations of the program plus academic and professional standards
Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization:
Coordinate with professors to establish schedules of core and electives courses
Enter the schedules in the system in a timely manner and provide the information to all stakeholders via the appropriate communication channels
Maintaining program schedules throughout the year and communicate changes to all stakeholders in a timely manner
Develop short and medium term goals and implement measures to achieve the successful outcome of the program in collaboration with the Program Director
Liaise with other Program Managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
Assist in the day-to-day administrative activities of the program
Develop forms and records to document program activities
Ensuring the effective use of resources in relation to the support, guidance, academic development of students, fulfilling the policies and procedures of the ESADE MBA
Support the collection and maintenance of records on current, former and future students of the program
Ensure the accuracy of the current MBA students’ records
Provide resolution for problems faced by the stakeholders and ensure satisfaction of their needs
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders via appropriate channels: current, former and future students, faculty, staff and Program Direction
Assume direct responsibility for responding effectively to student complaints
Ensure that provided information is updated, accessible and consistent
Lead the organization and delivery of all commencement activities related to MBA students:
Welcome Pack and first contact with new MBA students & incoming exchange students
Welcome & Orientation week for new MBA students & information sessions for incoming exchange students, emphasizing the social contract and “setting the tone”
Presence in class, especially at the beginning of each term to address doubts
Lead the organization and communication of the end-of-program activities: Graduation and Family Day
Looking after the exchange program:
Maintaining the existing relationships with the partner schools
Reaching exchange agreements for each academic year
Assistance in the needs of the incoming students (registration, paperwork, schedule…)
Guidance in the outgoing students process (application, paperwork, liaise with the exchange school…)

Requirements for the position:
Advanced Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration…) will be valued.
Highly-organized, attention to detail, teamplayer, ability to prioritize across multiple projects, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous experience: 2-3 years of related experience in fields such as education or customer service.
Languages: English proficiency is a must, Spanish/Catalan knowledge will be appreciated
IT knowledge: Previous knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus and SalesForce will be a plus
